The Chief of Defence staff, General Gabriel Olonisaki has handed over
three cleared Boko -Haram Terrorists to their various state governments.
General Olanisaki said the move was to further demonstrate the level of
adherence to the rule of law by the military in the prosecution of war
in the North East..
