She has admitted she is ‘shattered’ by the breakdown of her marriage to Lamar Odom.
And on Monday night, Keeping Up With The Kardashians viewers saw Khloé Kardashian having a string of heartbreaking phone conversations with her estranged husband, as her family admitted their struggle at knowing how to deal with the situation.
Upset over the nasty comments his father Joe Odom made about the Kardashian-Jenner family to the media – which he has since publicly apologised for – Lamar repeatedly called Khloé as well as her individual family members in a bid to smooth things over and clear the air.
'Lamar called and was crying,' Khloé told her sisters after reading Joe’s interview about their relationship.
'He doesn’t want everyone to feel like they can attack us now. He was really sad and he kept apologising about today. He was making me cry.
'He was like: "I would kill someone for them. They never wanted anything from me." He says he loves us, and he does, but there’s nothing we can do.'
The 29-year-old star, who filed for divorce from her basketball player husband last month, was earlier seen wiping away tears after reading negative comments her former father-in-law had made about her family.
'I don’t take a dime from Lamar,' she said angrily. 'People want to point the finger, but we have nothing to do with anything that’s going on. If anything, we’ve been a support system. Take me through the mud, but please don’t drag my family through it.'
Troubled NBA star Lamar also called Khloé as she visited her family’s clothing store, Dash, with sister Kourtney.
'I'm trying to fix what my father said to the media. If someone said something about one of my sisters...' he told his estranged wife, before declaring: 'I love Khloé Kardashian-Odom”.
Kourtney also spoke to him on the phone, reassuring the troubled sportsman: 'We love you and we’re here for you. I just want to do whatever I can.'
A clearly distraught Lamar even called Kim to apologise and sent her a copy of a statement he was considering releasing on Twitter.
Reading his words aloud to Kourtney and her long-time partner Scott Disick, Kim began: 'I have to get this out. I have let this man get away with a lot of s***.
'He wasn’t there to raise me; he was absent all of my life due to his own demons. Then came a blessing of a family. Say what you want about me but leave the ones who have done nothing but protect me out of this.'
'I think Khloé would be able to forgive him if he tried to get his life in order for her,' Scott said.
In other emotional scenes during part two of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians season nine premiere, Lamar was heard begging his wife to let him come over for dinner.
After reminding him that they had a 3pm appointment with their lawyer the following day, Lamar told his ex: 'I’ll be there at 12.'
After Khloé told him she didn’t want him there that early, the 34-year-old begged: 'I’ll see you tonight then. I’ll bring dinner tonight with champagne.'
Khloé, however, was insistent that he was not to come over before the scheduled time and warned him that the lawyer would drop him as a client if he didn’t show up.
'That’s the story of my life,' a dejected Lamar was heard saying over the phone.
Khloé, who starred in spin off TV show Khloé & Lamar with her estranged husband, also opened up to her mother Kris Jenner about how Lamar had turned up at her house in the middle of the night asking to stay over.
'Lamar came over last night at one in the morning,' she revealed. 'He goes, "Where are you?" I was like, "I’m at home but please don’t come here."
'He’s like, "I just miss you. I haven’t seen you in two month." I’m like, "I miss you too but I can’t see you."
'Of course he comes to the house, I let him in and he’s like, "Can I sleep here tonight?" I’m like, "No." It’s just so sad. I’m not laughing. Oh my God, it’s just crazy. He looks good. It’s just so confusing.'
Earlier in the show, viewers had seen Kris speaking to daughter Kim about her feelings of sorrow for Khloé.
'Six months ago she had a husband and a family and a bond that I thought would be unbreakable,' she said, ironically naming the perfume the couple created together during a happier time in the marriage.
'I just need to be her support system right now, good or bad, one way or the other. Every day I wake up and I don’t know what we’re going to be dealt. I don’t know what’s going to happen. And it scares the s*** out of me.
'It’s just so sad to sit back and watch somebody’s life implode right before your very eyes.'
New mom Kim added: 'My heart breaks for Khloé. I feel like she’s in such a place where she just is kind of stuck and I understand now why she’s made so many of the choices that she’s made, but now that she has endured so much I just really want her to figure out what she’s going to do next.'
Opening up to the cameras at the end of the show, Khloé said: 'No-one knows what I’m going through or what I’m feeling every day. I don’t even know what I’m feeling.
'I wake up and sometimes I’m in a great mood and sometimes I’m really angry and confused and irritated at life. I just have to take it day by day.'

A lot on her mind: During Monday night's episode
of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian was at her wits'
end as estranged husband Lamar Odom bombarded her with phone calls
A heavy burden: The 29-year-old did her best to
be understanding and soothe the troubled basketball star as he fretted
about nasty comments his father Joe Odom made about the Kardashian
family, though it was obvious she was struggling with his erratic
behaviour

'It's so sad to sit back and watch somebody's
life implode right before your very eyes': Kris Jenner admitted to
daughter Kim Kardashian that she was pained to see Khloé suffering
through her marriage breakup
Sibling support: Kim and Kourtney both provided
shoulders to lean on and were happy to help their sister talk through
the troubles in her life, though she was reluctant to open up too much
Not a good idea: The star was less than
impressed when Lamar suggested he bring over dinner and champagne after
she called him to remind him about their meeting with their lawyer the
following day
'I don’t take a dime from Lamar,' she said angrily. 'People want to point the finger, but we have nothing to do with anything that’s going on. If anything, we’ve been a support system. Take me through the mud, but please don’t drag my family through it.'

No sympathy here: Khloé's half-sister Kendall
Jenner looked equally unimpressed as her brother-in-law ranted about how
sorry he was feeling for himself during their chat, which Khloé
broadcast on loudspeaker
Not ready to give up: Kim Kardashian told her
brother-in-law she was still there for him and loved him as he called
members of the family individually to apologise for the hateful comments
his father made to the media
Reading his words aloud to Kourtney and her long-time partner Scott Disick, Kim began: 'I have to get this out. I have let this man get away with a lot of s***.

Losing her patience: The reality TV favourite
spent the majority of the episode dealing with her ex's phone calls,
getting progressively more exasperated as time went on
Nice try! The 34-year-old tried to gain sympathy
as he talked about spending time in jail, though Khloé was quick to
point out he was only in the slammer for 45 minutes before being
released

At a loss: Kourtney struggled to know what to say to her sister during this challenging time
'We love you and we’re here for you. I just want
to do whatever I can': The mom-of-two told Lamar she supports him and
wants to be there for him as she took the phone during Khloé's
conversation
'He’s like, "I just miss you. I haven’t seen you in two month." I’m like, "I miss you too but I can’t see you."
'Of course he comes to the house, I let him in and he’s like, "Can I sleep here tonight?" I’m like, "No." It’s just so sad. I’m not laughing. Oh my God, it’s just crazy. He looks good. It’s just so confusing.'

A man's perspective: Kourtney's long-time
partner and baby daddy Scott Disick said he though Khloé 'would be able
to forgive him [Lamar] if he tried to get his life in order for her'
Neutral territory: Kim relayed the statement
Lamar was planing in releasing contradicting what his father had said
about the family, though both Kourtney and Scott agreed that he would be
better staying silent than tweeting the message
'It’s just so sad to sit back and watch somebody’s life implode right before your very eyes.'
New mom Kim added: 'My heart breaks for Khloé. I feel like she’s in such a place where she just is kind of stuck and I understand now why she’s made so many of the choices that she’s made, but now that she has endured so much I just really want her to figure out what she’s going to do next.'

Baby bonding: It's no secret that Khloé has long
wanted a child and she happily cuddled up to a pal's sweet infant
during the episode as they visited their Dash clothing store
