The commercial court of Zurich <span class="aBn" data-term="goog_1223367303" tabindex="0"><span class="aQJ"><span style="color: #222222;">on Friday</span></span></span> rejected a claim lodged by a group of trade unions over the working conditions in the Qatar ahead of the 2022 World Cup.</div>

The suit was filed by Bangladesh Free Trade Union Congress and the Dutch
 Union FNV, on behalf of a man who claims he was exploited in Qatar.</div>

In the lawsuit, FIFA was accused of wrongfully choosing Qatar to host 
the tournament, without ensuring that the country reformed its labor 
laws and should be held liable for abuses.<br />

But the court said it didn't accept the case for 'formal reasons' 
because parts of the complaint such as calling for new labor laws and 
courts in Qatar was too vague or not legal.</div>

In a statement released by FIFA, the football governing body welcomed 
the Commercial Court of Zurich's ruling to dismiss a lawsuit filed by 
the Unions as they bid to ensure safe working conditions for 
construction workers.</div>

Two USA Olympic medalists have alleged in court they were sexually 
abused by a longtime team physician for USA Gymnastics, Dr. Larry Nassar

papers Dr Larry sexually abused her from 1994 to 2000 while the other 
gymnast, Rachael Denhollander, filed a report against Nassar last month 
at Michigan State University.</div>

 The law suit also alleges that USA Gymnastics association knew about 
the sexual abuse but refused to do anything about it because it feared a

interested in protecting the reputation of their multi-million-dollar 
enterprise than the child athletes who are entrusted to their care,"

USA Gymnastics said in a statement that the organization notified law 
enforcement when it learned about the allegation against Nassar in 
2015. </div>

title winning team of last season with N'golo Kante, who recently signed
 for Chelsea the major exception, while new boy Ahmed Musa had to make

<br />It was a not too important match but in terms of a trophy, 
increasing fitness levels and mental preparation ahead of the premier 
league season which starts next weekend and Paul Pogba's imminent record
 breaking arrival, Jose Mourinho will be happy to have won the match.<br />
