The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) today said that 355
Nigerians were involved in the Mina Stampede that occurred on September
24th and that out of the 769 people that died, 99 of them were
Nigerians.
The Commissioner in charge of Information, Research and Library Service of NAHCON, Dr Saleh Okenwa said 214 Nigerian pilgrims were still missing, 42 were injured and 7 are still on admission getting treatment.
