vandalism charges stemming from his January arrest inside Justin

felony vandalism charge -- which he got slapped with after breaking a
jail phone -- is expected to be reduced to a misdemeanor.As for the drug
charges ... we're told Za will plead guilty, but after completing a
drug ed course and keeping his nose clean for a year ... the charges
