Miley Cyrus is really taking advantage of being 21 -- she straight
up jacked a beer from some guy in the front row of her concert last
night in Anaheim ... pounding most of booze ... and it was all caught on
tape.Cyrus was in the middle of singing a song -- hard to tell which
-- when she appeared to go in for a handshake with a fan in the front
... but she actually swooped in on his beer. Great video.Fun Fact: You
can get herpes from sharing a drink with someone.
