His Calabasas home was raided by
police last week resulting in the arrest of his friend Lil Za so it’s
not surprising Justin Bieber has decided to take a holiday.
The 19-year-old singer hit the slopes of Aspen for a weekend of snowboarding with friends including his childhood pal Ryan Butler although he didn't completely manage to avoid trouble.
On Sunday, while travelling in a motorcade of Escalades, TMZ reports Bieber jumped out at the side of a private road in an upmarket area and urinated while surrounded by his bodyguards. And in case anyone was unsure of who the culprit was, Justin 'peed his initials JB in the snow'.
While Justin posted a picture of a sleeping Lil Za to his Instagram account on Sunday, it's not clear if the rapper - who was reportedly discovered with Xanax and Molly [ecstasy] at Bieber's home - has been invited along on the trip.
Za and Justin's other rapper friend Lil Twist have been blasted for leading him astray but Butler is generally thought to be a good influence.
Police raided Justin's home in search of evidence to connect him with a vicious egg attack on a neighbour’s house, but he wasn't arrested or detained on any charges.
According to reports, Justin and his friends allegedly caused more than $20,000 in damage during the vicious egg attack.
In California, if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes felony vandalism - a crime which could land Justin in prison if he is ever charged and then convicted.
But he is putting the entire debacle behind him by enjoying a trip with his friends.
He posted numerous videos and pictures of his antics on his Instagram page and made only a vague reference to his recent troubles.
Posting a picture of Martin Luther King, he added a quote from the American icon writing: 'The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy" - Martin Luther King (sic).'
The quote came as America celebrated Martin Luther King day on Monday.
While Justin isn't facing any charges, those close to the troubled teen are urging him to check into rehab after months of scandals, as MailOnline reported last week.
The Never Say Never singer's family and friends have been worried about the young star for months as he has hurtled from one scandal to another - ranging from provocative, all-night parties at his house to being late for concerts
And TMZ alleged that his Calabasas mansion was littered with drugs, and drug paraphernalia when it was raided.
Justin appeared to have 'a dedicated smoking room', according to TMZ, while sources close to the investigation told the website that when Los Angeles County Sheriff's searched 'there were two large cookie jars filled with weed in plain view... three bongs... 'swisher sweets' cigars'.
Sources told Radar the star would be treated for behavioural issues and a recreational use of drugs.
However, there are currently no plans for the singing sensation to enter rehab at the moment.
A source told MailOnline: 'People around Justin want the best for him and hope that at some point he'll recognise the need for some help.'
Radar also reports that some members of Justin's security team were fired after they voiced their concerns over Justin's behaviour, leaving the pop star to run wild in his home.
'Dustin [Folkes, a bodyguard] got into an argument with Justin’s manager Scooter about trying to help with Justin’s behaviour,' an insider told Radar.
'Dustin and his company were let go from Justin’s security detail for trying to intervene.'
Bieber's representatives have declined to comment on any of the claims.
