Graffiti for good? Justin Bieber attempts to be on best behaviour by using his 'artwork' to raise money for Philippines typhoon relief

Justin Bieber raised the ire of Colombian graffiti artists last month when police escorted the Canadian pop brat to an area of the city where street art is banned and allowed him to paint a wall while officers provided security.
Suffice it to say that local artists were less than pleased with the Biebs.
But here at home, the embattled singer, 19, has found a way to do good with his artwork. According to TMZ, Bieber tagged a wall Saturday night in Los Angeles to raise money for typhoon relief in the Philippines.

TMZ reports that Bieber plans to auction off the spray cans he and his friend Milk Tyson used to tag. An autographed photo of the wall will also be auctions.
The money will be donated to a Philippines typhoon relief group.Justin reportedly expressed an interest in getting involved in efforts to restore the Philippines.
But all is not rosy for the young star.

Police went out to Bieber's home in California's Calabasas THREE times on Friday night, according to a new report.
The 19-year-old was apparently having a party at his luxury property with about 100 attendees including the legendary Snoop Lion, 42.
According to TMZ, the noise got out of control and neighbours called the police at 1am, the LA County Sheriff's deputies then allegedly paid Bieber a call and told him to keep the noise down.

Then, according to the website, the neighbour that Justin allegedly spat on previously, called the authorities again at 3am after the noise didn't abate.
The neighbour alleges that law enforcement sources say they smelled marijuana inside but left without making arrests.
Then at 5.30am, the same neighbour called police a third time and filed a report against Justin for disturbing the peace.

It will be reviewed by police before they decide whether or not to send it to the L.A. County DA for possible prosecution.
The following morning Bieber was spotted going for a stroll in West Hollywood.
