Friday was the last day at the office for about 30 people at Cyanogen Inc. The company has laid off about a fifth of its workforce, mostly the open source division. US offices in Palo Alto and Seattle have been heavily affected by the cuts, while the Lisbon and India branches have been pretty much entirely shut down. Additionally, the company will reportedly be making a shift towards app development.
