The controversy regarding the Sony Xperia X Performance's presence in the UK (or lack thereof) has been put to rest today. The confusion (and anger for some Sony fans) all started back when the company announced that the top of the line member of the new X family wouldn't make it to the UK and Germany, with absolutely no reasoning given. Then some time later the company changed its tune, saying it won't sell the phone direct to consumers in the UK, but might offer it through certain third party retail partners.
