Verizon has started rolling out a new update to Samsung Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ units on its network. The update brings latest Android security patches as well as some improvements and bug fixes. For the Galaxy Note 5 specifically, the update includes a fix for the false "No SIM card detected" pop-up notifications. It also improves audio routing for incoming video and voice calls for both devices.
