The Independent National Electoral Commission has released the
timetable for governorship elections in Bayelsa and Kogi States. The election
in Kogi is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2015, while that of Bayelsa will
hold on Saturday, December 5, 2015.
According to a statement released by the Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Chris Eyimoga, “campains by political parties shall commence on 24th July, 2015 and end on 19th November, 2015 in Kogi and 6th September, 2015 terminating on 3rd December, 2015 in Bayelsa”.
