A house wife in Kano has dragged her husband, Mansur Musa to
a Sharia court sitting at Sabon Gari in the State for allegedly infecting her
with HIV. The estranged wife dragged her husband to court at the beginning of
the year, but it seems the husband and his counsel wants the case settled out
of court.
The lady, who sued for N40m, was latter begged to settle out of court with N2m, a fee she out rightly rejected. The suit has been adjourned for another date, most likely for settlement out of court.
